All good things must come to an end ... but not without a flourish! I’ve been having serious fun dissecting an Inc.com column that sang the tired "cold calling is dead" refrain. To be polite, we could just say that its author, Geoffrey James, is more than a bit off-key. My first article delivered a few body blows against his claims. My next article landed some sharp jabs.
