I feel that your methodology that you have developed is quite ingenious, a model that I have not ever come across before, let alone thought of, and I am sure that no one else besides the people that you have trained on this class has either. I felt that not only your methodologies were great, but the way that you interacted with the class and kept the class entertained was great also. Although I do not perform cold calls within my current job, I feel that the things that I have learned I can take along with me in the near future and can apply to different forms of my job that I do perform. I feel that anyone, whether they actually perform cold calling or not, whether it is with them dealing with some sort of form of customer service, will benefit greatly from your class, and after coming out of your class, they will feel like they can take on the world by storm with this new cold call knowledge that they have obtained.
