What I took away from your presentation is cold calling isn't so scary or intimidating if you approach it from a casual business point of view. Meaning K-I-S-S, be casual, and just relax. There's no difference between you and the person you're calling when you really think about it as you've shown. If people take the call they want to be speaking with someone human like them and not a robotic cold caller who doesn't add substance to the conversation. All too often I do believe cold callers get caught in the weeds of creating best script or having a reply for every objection a prospect has. I believe you should have your prospect figure out within the first 20-30 seconds of a call and no later. With your approach it's easier to get down to the nitty gritty instead of dancing around until both parties are alienated with one of another."
